2 June 2010 Extension to HandsOnScotland website
We are currently extending the website to include a section on promoting mental wellbeing and flourishing in children and young people. This will include topics on optimism, mindfulness, confidence, resilience, gratitude, sense of purpose, emotional balance and good relationships. The new material is aimed at parents and carers as well as people working with children and young people. The homepage will change and the new topics will be available this summer.
