Feedback & Evaluation

 

We ask participants to evaluate all courses and events they attend, so we can monitor their quality, value and usefulness, and develop future courses and events appropriately.

 

The Institute also serves as a venue for courses and events arranged by external agencies, who often have their own evaluation forms. We receive copies of these forms, so we can ensure a high standard of the courses and events that we host.

 

Participants are also asked whether there are other topics that they would like to see in our training programme. This helps us to design the programme in a way that addresses the specific needs of those who work with children and young people.

 

Feedback to date has been very positive, indicating that participants are satisfied with the content, presentation and relevance of the courses to their practice. Below are comments from some participants about courses held at the Institute recently:
