Playfield Institute's remit is children and young people's mental health and wellbeing, and our rooms are specifically for use by people from any agencies working in this field (e.g. local authority, voluntary services, NHS). However, if rooms are not needed on a particular day, they can be booked by other services.
We have a number of rooms that can be booked to host your meeting, workshop, seminar, training course or conference.

The cost includes use of the following equipment: PowerPoint projectors, laptop computers, TVs with video and DVD players, overhead projectors and flip charts.
Refreshments and lunches can be provided on request. The charges per person are:
• Tea/coffee and biscuits, half-day - £2
• Tea/coffee and biscuits, half-day - £3
• Lunch - £5.50
